Skills Development: Implementing Technology
My personal learning plan centers on implementing technology effectively in early childhood education. I am eager to enhance learning experiences through my early childhood classroom. As technology is changing I attempt to learn new skills and understand new software.

Utilize technology to encourage engagement is important in my classroom as it encourages students to participate during whole group. Students engage in brain break videos, story time videos, and occasionally we look up images to help them with understanding or creating a larger learning experience.
Tracking Progress: ECOT and Coworker Feedback
I will track progress by using ECOT (Early Childhood Observation Tool) standards to evaluate the children's growth and creating next steps to challenge their education. I will be actively seeking feedback from my coworkers to create a full picture of the classroom and utilize their ideas and input in different areas to create overall success. This will provide valuable insights into the effectiveness of my personal learning plan and create a welcoming environment.
